Very sad to have to make the decision to cancel indoor classes for the next three months following the Government announcement yesterday. Classes will not take place in Spring Lodge on Monday evenings, or Messing village hall on Wednesday evenings, in April, May or June. We will review the situation for July.
After the Government announcement this week, it seems that encouraging groups of people to get together even outdoors is not a responsible thing to do right now. People haven’t got the idea of keeping a distance of 2m from everyone else. Sadly therefore we are cancelling our walks until July.
We need to keep taking our dogs out (unless we are self-isolating of course in which case make contact to see if there is someone local who can help) but on our own. Remember to stay 2m away from anyone you meet. This is the only way we can help get this under control and get back to normal life. Stay safe everyone x
To help new puppy owners as this is such an imprtant time which you do not get again and as we cannot hold any face-to-face classes, workshops or walks, Cherryl and Jane are putting on a four week course for puppies so that owners can get the basic training skills, talk about socialisation and life skills, and ask the many questions new puppy owners have. The on-line classes will be Mondays 6 and 7pm and on Wednesdays 6 and 7pm through Zoom. You will need a PC, laptop, iPad, or Smart phone (with a camera) to access both sound and vision. The cost for the six 30 minute sessions is £30. Contact by email if you would like to book firstname.lastname@example.org or text 07973 985009. We are restricting each class to four puppies and owners. Payments will be by BACS only.
